Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from the Germany (for all orders from Europe/Asia/Africa and Oceania) or USA (for all orders from South America and North America). Shipping days are working days, calculated from the day of the order placement.

In stock orders

Normally items in stock will be shipped within 2 working days. Please note that for orders outside the EU shipping time might take up to a week due to customs clearance.

Pre-orders

Items on pre-order will ship by the date stated on the product page.
